Ystradgynlais under 13s 12 Gorseinon 42

A brave Ystradgynlais under 13s went down to a very good Gorseinon side on a wet Sunday morning.

The star man for the junior Blues was centre Dale Carter, who is a very impressive talent and runs good lines and makes mature decisions. He was rewarded with two excellent tries scored with awareness and determination.

The other Ystrad points came from the boot of the very talented David John Bennett.

There were also outstanding performances from hard working flanker Kyle Owen and some excellent ball carrying from prop Rhys Evans. Young Evans is showing great potential.

The entire squad is improving and has the raw talent to be a very good side. Coaches’ Ken Jones, Paul James and Adrian Lock are working extremely hard developing these boys and have created a great friendly fun atmosphere. This side will mature and with a little more hard work with structure of the game these boys will serve Ystradgynlais RFC well in the future.
